FLXA

About

FLXA is a mobile application made to help ease management of multiple SIM cards from different providers. This app was developed by Team Hi-Flex, which achieves 2nd Place in Huawei Developer Competition 2024 in Bangkok, Thailand. For my story about the competition itself, read here.

The Problem

Churn Rate is a ratio that shows the rate at which customer have a behavior to move from one operator to another. Indonesia happens to boast one of the highest churn rates in the Asia-Pacific region.

The data shows that there are 350 million SIM cards while there are only 160 million users in Indonesia. Mostly used to have better internet coverage and utilizing more promotions. Some users, however, complained about the management of multiple cards. They stated that they have problems managing and allocating budgets, tracking usage and balance, and sometimes unable to top up due one card having insufficient balance.

The Solution

FLXA helps manage multi SIM cards in just one app. It shows balance of each card and using an independent balance in FLXA, users can top up for one card while using internet from another.
